The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in our leadership team, actively contributing to strategic planning and decision-making. They must be an innovative, collaborative, reflective and culturally responsive leader who is keen to inspire and empower others. They will support a team of Kaiako, guiding their professional growth and contributing to the ongoing work to promote tamariki achievement and wellbeing.
This is a teaching role with leadership responsibilities. In addition to regular teaching duties, the key leadership responsibilities include:
ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across the team,
providing collegial coaching,
actively engaging in self-review at team and school levels,
and championing the school's strategic direction.
