Team Leader End User Services

Due to recent business structure changes, a rare opportunity has presented for an experienced technical support leader to join a progressive financial services business based in Auckland's CBD.The preferred candidate will have the following skills and experience:Proven experience (5+ years) leading a team of technical support and end user application engineersExperience working within a modern enterprise environment at within a large scale corporate environment.Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to lead from the front with maturity.Ability to lead and motivate team members in a variety of locationsExperience leading and managing End User Services teams including Service Desk.Proven experience leading, influencing, and building credibility across a range of internal stakeholders.Specific knowledge and skill to run IT Incident and problem management processes with a deep understanding of modern workplace environments preferred.Ability to manage the configuration and management of End User Services infrastructure e.g. desktops, meeting rooms, applications.Ability to manage the effective execution of level 2 and 3 IT Support.Skilled in developing performance reporting in relation to End User Services.This is a permanent career opportunity with an excellent salary package available.All candidates must be based in Auckland with full NZ working rights (NZ Citizen or Permanent Residents).For a confidential conversation please contact Sharyn Saxby – ******
