Service: Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) Kapiti
Contract: Permanent Full time (1 FTE)
Allied steps 13-17 - $104,108-$118,982
The team leader works closely with the operations manager and clinical leader, focusing on working collaboratively with the team and the wider community to ensure the team delivers an effective and efficient service that facilitates clinical and cultural excellence and desired health outcomes.
Kapiti CAMHS is a small multi-disciplinary team made up of psychiatry, psychology, nursing, occupational therapy, social work, and administration. The team is working towards full implementation of the Choice and Partnership model. The team works collaboratively with whanau, the wider district, and other stakeholders to provide quality, safe services. The team values the sharing of knowledge and skills, and there is a culture of supporting professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
