The Role:This role is responsible for the daily operation of the site canteen, cleaning and laundry areas including day-to-day supervision of staff. We are looking for a motivated team leader with proven leadership and communication skills to lead this hard working team. This is a Monday to Friday role; however a key component will require the successful candidate to be flexible.
Other key responsibilities include:A good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety regulationsExperience in food preparation, menu planning and cateringPrevious experience in managing and motivating your teamBe computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel to an advanced level, with a sound working knowledge of SAPInventory and stocktake experienceA commitment to excellent service delivery is an absolute mustExcellent communication skills and problem solving abilityAbility to make sound and timely decisions
