As a global position flexibility to take meetings outside working hours may be required.The Team Lead, Product Marketing Management, is an experienced and driven marketer, leading our Product Marketing team. The team is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies that drive demand, inspire product usage, and support the overall growth of the company. As the team leader, you'll ensure we're implementing best-in-class practices that give Seequent a competitive edge and ensure our success.This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of product marketing principles, experience in B2B technology, and a proven track record of successful product marketing campaigns and team leadership. You'll need to understand the target market of highly technical users and be able to turn complex concepts into brilliant marketing. You'll thrive in this role if you value delivering marketing that matters, advocating for innovative new ways to conquer challenges, and working with a global team in a fast-paced environment.Note: this role has direct reports in both EMEA and APAC. The ability to work with this variety of time zones is essential.Duties and ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development and implementation of product marketing strategies that align with Seequent's business objectives and the needs of our target markets.Leading the creation of compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiates our products in the market.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Customer Experience, to ensure alignment and drive go-to-market initiatives.Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.Implementing and continuously improving frameworks for product launch plans, including the development of marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and promotional campaigns.Monitoring and analyzing the performance of product marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).Contributing to commercialization and product branding decisions.Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing product marketing team.To be successful in this role, you should have the following attributes:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science or a related field.10+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B software and/or SaaS solutions.7+ years of experience managing a team.Experience in one of the industries we serve (mining, civil engineering, energy, and environmental) an asset, but not required.A deep understanding of product marketing foundations, principles, and strategy.A high degree of professionalism and the ability to build rapport with and influence senior leaders in the business.Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external vendors.Expertise developing global campaign content.Experience with modern digital marketing tactics such as ABM, optimizing content for SEO, and social media.Understanding of B2B buyer personas and customer journeys.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling marketing content and interact with stakeholders.Strong project management skills to oversee multiple marketing projects in a fast-paced environment.Ability to analyze customer and product insights and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve product marketing strategy.Strategic and creative thinking without fear of trying new things or making mistakes.Inclusion + DiversityIn addition to being dedicated to building a workforce that reflects diverse talent, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and accessible experience.
