As an experienced clinician in Mental Health & leadership, you will coach a stable & highly capable team within the MH & addiction support space.What's on offer: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.00pm, which gives you great family-friendly balance. Salary $97,308 + $7,750 allowance. Central Wellington location. With your demonstrable skills & experience in the Mental Health & Addiction field, you will confidently lead a skilled team to deliver critical support to clients & their whanau during their time of crisis.You will be an enthusiastic & measured leader, inspiring your team through your calm & clear actions & communication. Solid experience within Mental Health, Addiction, or complex Aged Care. Knowledge of MH diagnoses & treatment options. Sound risk assessment skills. Strong relationship skills, adept at collaborating with external stakeholders, other service providers, whanau & the community. Previous management experience, including hiring & performance appraisals. Demonstrable cultural competence working with Maori & understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi. Ability to work confidently in a complex & acute environment. Passion for fostering a great team culture & nurturing your team. You could come from a Social Worker, OT, RN or other clinical background. Current full NZ Drivers' License. What you need to do: Provide acute & at times complex care to adults within a home-like environment. Collaborate closely with other health services, whanau & stakeholders. Lead a team of up to 12 staff including Clinicians and Support Workers. Manage payroll & leave, training & development plans, performance, & rostering.
