We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic teacher of digital technology/computer science with the ability to teach up to NCEA Level 3 . This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative team that encourages forward-thinking and digital fluency.

As a digital technology/computer science teacher, you'll be inspiring students to understand and leverage technology, developing skills for future careers in an increasingly digital world.
A successful candidate will demonstrate:
Expertise in digital technology and computer science with the ability to teach to NCEA Level 3
Experience and ability to work with and support Maori and Pacific akonga
A commitment to collaborative teaching and learning across curriculum areas
The ability to establish strong relationships with akonga and whanau
A developing understanding of matauranga Maori and its relevance to digital learning
A desire to honour obligations under Te Tiriti o Waitangi .
All members of our teaching staff also serve as learning advisors , guiding and supporting students in their academic and personal growth.
This position will commence January 27, 2025 , at the start of term 1 .
