As a Teacher in Training, you'll be an integral part of our close-knit team, where you'll receive ongoing mentorship and professional development opportunities. 
This role offers you the chance to actively participate in shaping the learning experiences of 2-5 year-olds, helping them explore the world around them through play, creativity, and discovery. 
 If you're passionate about teaching young children, currently enrolled in a Level 7 ECE program (ECE Bachelor or Graduate Diploma), and eager to advance your career in early childhood education, we want you on our team. At our center, we prioritize collaboration, enthusiasm, and the growth of both children and educators. We'd love to hear from you! 
This is a permanent position working 34 hours per week Monday-Friday. (3 x 6 hour days, 2 x 8 hour days)

Enrolment into a level 7 ECE Bachelor or Graduate Diploma course Good understanding of child-led curriculum, planning and extending on our children's learning Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality About us: At BestStart, we're leaders in the early childhood sector, we make a difference and we love what we do.
