Subjects: English, Health and Physical Education, Learning Languages, Mathematics and Statistics, Science, Social Sciences, Technology, Te Reo Maori, The Arts
We are seeking an experienced teacher to lead our learning support unit, Te Korowai Tautoko, to facilitate the effective delivery of a curriculum focused on inclusive learning programmes for students with additional learning needs, including ORS verified students. This role requires the ability to establish collaborative relationships with teaching, specialist, and support staff, sharing ideas and innovative practices, along with a sound understanding of specialist teaching approaches. The teacher will be responsible for the leadership and coordination of the learning support team. Applications from primary trained teachers are welcome.
This position will take effect from the beginning of term 1, 2025.
