In this role you'll be supporting Carina end users with technical queries related to booking, ticketing, and Departure Control. The scope of this role is evolving along with the technology landscape which now includes cloud capabilities such as Elastic, Cloudwatch, REST APIs, and other AWS components.This role will report to Chapter Lead and is responsible for the analysis, documentation, maintenance, monitoring, and support of critical business systems.In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:Supporting Carina and peripheral APIs, investigating issues/bugs impacting business-critical systems.Analyse complex applications and recommend changes that address business issues and facilitate improvements.Implement system changes, product deliverables, and technical improvement initiatives.Comprehensive analysis, understanding, and interpretation of data, reporting and presenting information and insights to key stakeholders and senior leaders.Act as a subject matter expert, undertaking root-cause analysis with the assistance of the business owners to isolate causes of performance degradation.Manage and monitor system maintenance and make recommendations for improvements to ensure system performance is optimal.What you will need to successfully take off in this role:Technical or systems analysis experience.Background in supporting applications in an enterprise environment.Some experience with APIs is highly desirable.Previous experience in completing backlog issue work and maintenance of applications.Be an exceptional communicator with strong customer service skills and a great problem-solving attitude.In return!A supportive team culture, exposure to the latest tools and cloud technology.Opportunities to work cross-functionally in different squats and be involved in different projects.A strong focus on work flexibility.Unique staff travel benefits at a time when the world is once again opening-up.A competitive remuneration package.An opportunity to be yourself and be welcomed as a friend - it is a special place to work.You may be required to participate in workshops with stakeholders, the user community, and other Digital teams and be involved in user groups for ideas formation, documentation, hypotheses, Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), epics, and user stories.So, what are you waiting for?
