What does a Support Worker do?
As part of a dedicated team, you'll support clients to live independently in their homes and communities.
You'll help them achieve their goals and reach their potential through practical and emotional support, following a personalized care plan.
Tasks may include: Meal preparation Medication supervision Community outings Personal cares (e.g., showering, toileting) Home management (e.g., cleaning, organising) What's in it for you?
