A Community Facilitator works alongside our disabled partners to enable good lives, drive normal life outcomes, and to encourage our partners to achieve their dreams!The role may include but is not limited to:Supporting our disabled partners to develop new hobbies, skills, and interests.Helping with household tasks, such as gardening, cleaning, and meal preparation.Providing personal cares (toileting and showering).Encouraging our disabled partners to actively engage within our communities.Administering medication and providing support to and from appointments.Being encouraging and supportive of life skills, such as budgeting and pursuing employment opportunities.Building and maintaining supportive, fun, exciting, and healthy relationships with some truly amazing individuals!A great Community Facilitator is innovative in providing support to our Disabled Partners and provides a positive influence in their lives.
