The position is ideal for a skilled professional ready to troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate globally, and elevate customer experiences through advanced technical solutions.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to streaming video, digital video, and audio standards (e.g., H264, MP4, HEVC).Provide specialised support for video packaging and delivery mechanisms, including HLS, DASH, CMAF, and RTMP.Develop tailored solutions for customer needs, using advanced troubleshooting techniques across CDNs and media services.Partner with engineering teams to enhance service offerings based on real-time customer insights and feedback.Create and maintain technical documentation, tutorials, and resources for the developer community.Lead and manage customer communications during critical events to ensure swift issue resolution.Key Skills and Experience:Strong experience in system administration and troubleshooting for Linux and Windows environments.Proficiency in networking, with specific expertise in CDNs and content delivery strategies.Deep understanding of streaming video, digital video, and audio standards, along with knowledge of video packaging and delivery mechanisms.Skilled in scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell) and cloud computing concepts.Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.Effective communicator and team player, passionate about innovation and customer service excellence.Get in touch with Miguel Montanez for a confidential chat at 0211242749 or ******
