Excellent administration skills combined with a sound and proven knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is an essential requirement for this position. Our busy team has a strong focus on first class customer service and a commitment to do whatever it takes to provide outstanding support to the Infrastructure Group.
Key duties will include:
Providing technical administrative support to the Infrastructure GroupOngoing assistance with the development of administrative systemsWater ISO 9001:2000 Quality Systems ManagementIn addition, the candidate should have a desire to work in accordance with and embrace Whangarei District Council's organisational tikanga and commit to building effective, sustainable working relationships that benefit our organisation and the community we serve.
