We are looking for a talented Supplier Quality Engineer to join our OSISS Corporate Quality Team at Zimmer Biomet in Christchurch.
This is a contract position with a fixed end date offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and innovative team.
As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our supplier processes and documentation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with remediation and quality documentation for suppliers.
Conducting gap analysis between documentation.
Reviewing verification and validation protocols.
Liaising with subject matter experts to support various operational and manufacturing groups in resolving quality assurance issues.
This role is part of the OSISS Corporate Quality Team, which Zimmer Biomet acquired last year. The team is currently integrating into the Zimmer Biomet family and systems, and is responsible for creating custom replacements for Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and soon Europe.
Our team receives prescription scans, collaborates with cross-functional clinicians, subcontracts manufacturing, and delivers these custom solutions to hospitals.
