Transition and engagement projects and events will optimise students' personal, social, extra-curricular and academic experiences in the UC Business School. By doing so, they aim to elevate their overall development, foster their perseverance, and pave the way for their triumph at UC. Mou | Who You Are To be successful in this role you will have a minimum 3 years previous experience working in a tertiary institute or schooling environment in a related role and: Previous experience planning and delivering student experience or transition programmes and events in a tertiary setting. Proven ability to plan, deliver, monitor, review and report on projects, including budgets and health and safety. Exceptional relationship building and interpersonal skills with ability to engage with people of diverse ages, genders, cultures and languages, and socio-economic contexts. A Bachelor's Degree (NZQA Level 7) in a commerce related discipline is desirable, but not essential. Full Drivers' Licence.
