Reporting to the Field Services Manager - OPEX, you will be responsible for: Work in close collaboration with the Contracts Manager to ensure delivery requirements are met and exceeded for streetlight contracts.Lead the day-to-day delivery of the Streetlight works for customers within guidelines and constraints of contract specifications, in a timely, safe and cost-effective manner.Supervise and coordinate the Streetlights team. Where required support in a "hands on" manner and provide problem-solving and training to the team members as required.To build strong long-term relationships with our customers.To be successful, a candidate will require the following qualifications and experience: Demonstrated relevant experience in associated activities.Supervision and staff leadership experience including the ability to train others.Good communication skills written/computer and verbal.Good understanding of Streetlight/Networks/systems, technical skills, and street lighting product knowledge.Knowledge of all appropriate industry rules and regulations.Thorough knowledge of health and safety requirements in the electricity industry.Ability to install, operate, repair and maintain all field-based equipment used on the network.Strong computer, data capture, and record keeping skills.Demonstrated experience in managing resources with strong planning, scheduling, and organisational skills.Must be comfortable working at heights.Operational experience in the street light routine asset maintenance and construction of new street lighting infrastructure.The Horizon Energy Group takes pride in its commitment to the health and safety of all its stakeholders and bases all its activities on safety leadership, risk management, and worker participation as premises.
