The team works collaboratively with business streams to develop strategies that allow ASB to win in chosen markets.Leveraging strategy tools and frameworks, the team generates in-depth business insight of our customers, our competition, the environment, global trends and ourselves to find our point of differentiation in the market to enable our success.As Strategy & Planning Consultant, you will:Lead the reporting function for Business and Corporate Banking divisions, including reporting for the Executive Leadership Team and Board.Assist and support with the effective development, translation and coordination of strategy to enable successful implementation across Business and Corporate Banking. This includes the monitoring, tracking and testing of strategies, adapting where required to ensure alignment with the wider organisational strategy.Work with the Head of Strategy and senior leaders across the divisions.Support the Executive in a variety of areas including the presentation, communication and translation of strategic initiatives and key projects.Based at ASB's North Wharf office in Wynyard Quarter, this is a secondment/fixed term opportunity for 12 months until Jan 2026.You will be someone who thrives in a busy and complex environment, with a curiosity for learning and knowledge and highly motivated to find information and insights to encourage ideas and enable business decisions.
