Strategy and Policy Advisor - Long Term Plan Job Type: Full Time Location: Gore Listed: 29 Jul 2024, 3:05 pm Closing: 25 Aug 2024, 5:00 pm We are seeking a Strategy and Policy Advisor who will lead and provide support on the corporate planning process for Annual and Long-Term Plans and provide analysis and advice in the development of our policies and strategies. You will be confident and experienced in strategic thinking, policy development/analysis, and research. In addition, you will have a good understanding of the policy development process, parliamentary processes, and legislative functions within political environments. Key Responsibilities: Project manage the development of our Annual and Long-Term Plans. Facilitate strategic thinking for policy development. Provide robust policy analysis and advice. Ensure internal operational policies are integrated and effective. About You: Relevant qualification in Strategic Planning or Policy Analysis. Experience and knowledge of strategy development and policy functions within political environments. Experience developing or writing Annual and Long-Term Plans. Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills. Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and succinctly. Work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders.
