Staff Development Officer

Location: Auckland
Type of Employment: Permanent 30 hours fixed per week
Salary: $29.66 – 30 per hour

Tasks:

Plan and develop internal training programs based on company needs and staff performance.
Identify training needs in accordance with the company's development plan.
Prepare appropriate training materials including, but not limited to, PowerPoint presentations and handbooks to achieve the training objectives.
Monitor and evaluate training results on a regular basis, ensuring the training quality and effectiveness.
Review and modify training objectives and methods according to the results or feedback.
Advise the management team on staff's personal development plans.
Provide compulsory training and introduction to new AEWV holder employees.
Conduct and organize external training and/or development as necessary.

Requirements:

Must have a bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in education or human resources.
Candidate must pass a pre-employment drug test.
Candidate must not have any drug or alcohol addiction issues; a health examination report might be required.
