Our business is growing and with this growth we now have a great part time opportunity for an experienced strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our high performing team.Reporting to the National HR Manager, the Sourcing Specialist will partner with the business to set sourcing strategies and deliver top quality talent. The role will be based in our Parnell offices.Talent attraction using bespoke, fit-for-purpose sourcing strategies and talent pipelining including proactively approaching candidates will be the main focus in this newly created role. You will be able to design and implement a comprehensive candidate engagement strategy, and create a vision that engages internal stakeholders. You will enjoy the fast paced nature of a busy and successful internal recruitment function.
