About the role
The Queenstown Lakes region continues to grow very quickly. At the heart of that is population growth, with new large and very unique property developments.
One of Anderson Lloyd's development property teams is expanding, with a range of exciting and challenging projects on the horizon. We have created a brand-new role for a solicitor to join this team.
This work goes beyond technical property work. It is a rare opportunity to work on high-profile property development projects that are shaping the future of this iconic region, as well as a variety of unique commercial projects.
You'll dive straight into these high-profile projects and deals. You'll gain invaluable experience while collaborating with industry experts who prioritise quality, integrity and innovation, while working in a fun team environment.
About You
We're excited to offer this new opportunity for a motivated solicitor with between 12-24 months' experience in property law, ideally with exposure in property development work.
This position is best suited to someone who thrives in the fast-paced, high-stakes environment of unique property development and commercial deals. The team works collaboratively on these large projects. Every member of the team works directly with our clients. You'll manage diverse tasks and client interactions with confidence and contribute to a team that has a strong work ethic and has fun.
