We're looking for an exceptional, multi-talented Software Specialist - AEM to help lead the delivery of unbeatable digital experiences that our customers love.Mo te turanga | About the Role:As a Software Specialist - AEM/Java, you'll be part of one of our central platform teams that provides support to the wider Digital teams within the bank. The platform team is empowered to make decisions on how they build and support our services, ensuring our technology is always on. You will get to work with a range of people and teams across many areas at ASB. We believe that by collaborating, building our skills, and communicating effectively, we will be an even more awesome and connected digital team - having fun and changing the world!In this role, you will bring a passion for Java and Application/Systems support (primarily Adobe Experience Manager). Furthermore, you must be flexible and willing to learn new skills along the way when required. Your primary responsibility will be to get involved in the whole software development lifecycle, share your knowledge and skills with others, and actively participate in building great engineering disciplines across all digital areas.Nga mea kia whai angitu ahau? | What do I need to be successful?You will bring a passion for service ownership, technology, and all things digital. Self-directed, you are able to embrace change and have a proven ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.
