Our projects span websites, eCommerce, apps, CRMs, and more – and we take pride in helping our clients succeed on the global stage.Who are we looking for?We're seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years experience. Someone who either has a background in software development to lead projects across their entire life cycle, or has hands-on experience working with a tech and product team to plan, organise and deliver sprints efficiently. Your previous development experience will help you understand the technical nuances of our projects and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You'll take ownership of each project phase—from planning and execution to delivery—ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can drive complex software projects to completion while balancing technical details with strategic objectives.What you'll own:As a Project Manager, you'll lead end-to-end software project life cycles, working closely with development, product, and client teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Your background in development will enable you to anticipate technical challenges and provide informed guidance throughout the project. You will be working alongside our engineering manager to ensure the team is operating at a high level, providing feedback on progress and collaborating on where improvements could be made.Your responsibilities:Managing the full project life cycle for software projects, from planning to launchCollaborating with development teams to ensure technical requirements are metTranslating client requirements into clear project plans and actionable tasksMonitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring timely deliveryCommunicating updates to stakeholders and providing transparency on project statusLeveraging your background to troubleshoot technical issues and support development teamsContinuously evaluating project processes to improve efficiency and qualityThe essentials:Proven experience managing software projects through all phases of the life cycleStrong communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholdersA proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skillsExperience balancing multiple projects and prioritising tasks to meet deadlinesA collaborative approach with the ability to lead cross-functional teams towards a common goalBonus - Background in software development, with the ability to understand technical details and collaborate effectively with developersWhat we offer:An exciting role with the opportunity to lead a diverse range of software projectsA supportive environment where your insights and expertise are valuedOpportunities for growth and career development in a fast-growing companyA culture that fosters innovation and values continuous improvementWorking from home:Our team made the collective decision at the back end of Covid that we want to be a work from the office team.
