The ideal candidate will: Partner with schools and families, making a real difference in the lives of children Possess a strengths-based, solution-focused, child-centered, and culturally responsive approach Be fully committed to upholding the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi Exhibit a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children and their families Bring a responsive, creative, and flexible approach to social work Hold a degree in Social Work and ideally possess post-qualification experience Have professional registration or be actively working towards it Demonstrate the ability to work both independently within schools and as a part of the SWIS team Possess knowledge and experience in case work and group work with both children and adults.
