We also provide community support and advocacy work for older people. Managing your own case load (with support from team leader). Undertaking strengths-based and holistic assessments, as well as risk assessments and safety planning. Supporting older people and their families to use their strengths, support networks, and resources independently to develop greater resilience and maintain a positive safe environment that optimises their wellbeing. You will have NZ residency or be holding a permanent NZ work visa. We are offering: Remuneration reflecting the current pay parity agreements. Paid SWRB fees. A flexible working environment - days and hours can be negotiated for the right person. An encouraging learning environment where you will continue to grow and be challenged.
