The Smoke Free Coordinator will deliver a smoke free service specifically designed for hapu mama and their whanau. Also work closely within the 'Whanau Ora' team assisting Doctors, Nurses, Midwives and local Marae provide smoke free services. This is a fixed term position until 30th June 2025 for 30 hours per week, hours will be variable. The skills that will be required are: Be certified to provide smoke free services or willing to attend training Prepare and deliver smoke free education The ability to work with whanau in the community Self driven, organised, and a systematic approach to work The ability to work within a team and case manage.
