Workplace Training & Assessment (Education & Training)Full TimeWe have some exciting learning & development opportunities for motivated trainers to join our central HR Team on a fixed term basis, commencing in January 2025!We have vacancies available in the following areas: Te Puke, Katikati, Edgecumbe, and Opotiki.These are hands-on roles responsible for conducting site inductions and providing role specific training to our production teams to ensure they have a thorough understanding of Zespri grade standards and follow best practice fruit handling requirements for grading, packing, stacking, and tray preparation.You will need to maintain a good understanding of production line operations to regularly conduct competency and proficiency checks, so our teams are set up to succeed!You will also need:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to work well within a diverse workforce, including training employees where English may not be their first language.Confidence to effectively present information to both small and large groups of people.Problem-solving skills and the ability to react quickly to changing circumstances; a high level of resilience.Exceptional organisational and time management skills to meet multiple deadlines.A good understanding and awareness of health and safety obligations and lead by example.Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends as required.Applications will need to include a detailed cover letter and CV.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
