Site Supervisor

We are partnered with a leading Tier 1 Commercial Construction company in Wellington to help them secure a Site Supervisor to assist with a high profile Commercial project valued at $70M.To apply for this role, you must have prior experience in interior fit-out, steel, and concrete structures on commercial, industrial, or high-end residential projects in NZ.WHAT'S ON OFFER FOR YOU?Base salary of $110K - $130K.6% KiwiSaver contribution (on top of salary).Healthcare insurance policy scheme (after 6 months).Flexible working hours to beat the traffic!Once yearly performance-based salary reviews.Phone & laptop.ABOUT THE ROLE?Work on commercial construction projects from $50M - $300M+Management and supervision of all site workers including subcontractors.Plan, organise, and manage the site activities and resources, including staff, equipment, and materials.Leading and monitoring health and safety processes on site.Ensuring programmes of work and deadlines are met, including carrying out quality and safety checks.Liaising with clients, councils, and key stakeholders.SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS?Structures and fit-out experience on commercial projects.A Trade / Tertiary background in a relevant Construction field.Proven track record working as a Site Supervisor / Foreman for a T1 or T2 contractor on large scale commercial / residential projects $30M - $50M+Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to cost management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.Strong construction programme experience and IT skills.If this sounds like you, give me a call or email on +64224985017 or email your CV to ******.
