Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Commercial Site Manager to join there team. Ideally someone with 'on the tools' building experience, who has worked there way up the ranks on a variety of commercial build projects
If you have experience with commercial new builds from start to finish, strong understanding of health & safety and managing a team, read on.
About you:
Enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated
Leadership and mentoring skills
Making sure all documentation is completed in accordance with the company systems and procedures
5+ years building experience (NZ/Australia)
Concrete/steel experience
Confident using computer systems.
Ability to establish priority needs in order to provide a high level standard to clients
Duties and responsibilities:
You will be responsible for all site based activities, quality control, and organizing sub-contractors as well as making sure the project is on time, and updating management regularly/as required.
