Site Engineer

Keeping process and product in control through monitoring, evaluation and improvement of equipment and process performance data.
Reduce risk profile of production process through assessment and evaluation of quality and supply related risk.
Troubleshoot production related issues in collaboration with maintenance, operations manager and quality.
Increasing process performance and efficiency through execution of improvement projects.
Investigate process related deviations and OOS on root cause and propose CAPA to structurally solve the issue.
Complaint handling with root cause investigation for customers.
Participate in Q and SHE related internal audits requested by site management.
Inform and consult with other functional areas related to above responsibilities, e.g. R&D for product development, global process engineering for equipment.
Support preventive maintenance and modification activities where required.
Train operators on technical and process related knowledge.
