The Role As a Site Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial rolein the success of our projects. Your primary focus will be managing sitecoordination, ensuring compliance with health and safety initiatives, andfostering a positive workplace culture. You'll work closely with the ProjectManager – Construction and Trainee Project Manager to communicate siteprogress, address constraints, and drive project momentum. You'll also beinstrumental in developing and refining construction systems and processes tomeet and exceed project targets. This role will also: - Oversee and coordinate site activities to ensureefficient execution of construction and assembly work - Manage multiple construction workstreamssimultaneously with minimal physical oversight - Communicate effectively with project management toreport on progress, address constraints, and maintain project momentum - Implement and ensure adherence to specifications andproject requirements - Drive health and safety initiatives and foster apositive work environment on site - Develop, improve, and innovate construction processesand systems to enhance project delivery What's in it for you?
