Showroom Picker

Are you someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on work and customer interaction? As a Showroom Picker, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. Working closely with our sales team, you'll be responsible for picking products from the warehouse and bringing them to the showroom's collection area. Whether it's helping a customer get a fridge to their car or simply making their day with a friendly chat, your role is crucial to making sure they leave satisfied.

What You'll Do: Product Picking: Retrieve products, such as fridges, from the warehouse based on orders from showroom sales consultants. Customer Interaction: Bring products to the showroom's collections area, and assist customers in transporting them to their vehicles. Customer Service: Engage with customers in a friendly manner, ensuring a positive final interaction as they complete their purchase. What We're Looking For: Forklift License: Essential for safely operating in the warehouse environment. Warehousing Experience: Familiarity with inventory management and order picking. Customer Service: Basic customer interaction skills to assist with product collections and queries. Hours: Monday - Friday: 8am - 6pm Saturday - Sunday: 8:30am - 6pm Set roster: Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday Why Join Us?
