Shift Manager

Vivia Foods Limited t/a Domino's Whanganui is looking for a Store Manager for their busy Domino's restaurant. This is a full-time permanent position.To be considered for this position, you'll have at least a qualification in relevant studies at a Diploma level or higher or sufficient experience to complete the tasks in this position (at least 3 years). You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently to reach goals. You must be able to multitask and will be able to complete work in set time frames.Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesFully operate shiftBe punctual and present in the correct Domino's uniformCash control on shiftCustomer Service including selling goods & services to customers when requiredStore cleanliness & organisationTraining and developing exceptional Team MembersLead by example: uphold all Domino's policies and standardsEnsure team members comply with policies and standardsMaintaining records of stock levels and financial transactionsEnsuring set budgets for the establishment are maintained and adhered to, advising of any required changes as they ariseAssisting other management in the selection of new staffEnsure staffing levels are sufficient to operate the store effectively and efficientlyAssist in ordering stockEnsure safety of all Team Members including compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety standards, etc.Overseeing and ensuring maintenance and cleanliness of company vehicleVehicle GPS System ManagementEnsure a good team building & team environmentWe are looking at a minimum of 30 hours per week for this role.Pay Rate: $30.00 per hourHours of work: Monday – Sunday between hours of 11am - 10pm on a rostered basis.Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
