Burgerfuel – Palmerston North, North Island Location:Palmerston NorthPosted on:13 May 2024Role ResponsibilitiesEnsuring the store operates seamlesslyResolving customer concernsEnsuring the store runs continuously, with adequate staffing levels – this may also mean being contacted outside of your normal work hours in case of staff emergenciesTraining new and existing team members to be burger superstarsKeeping stock in check by checking over ordering and conducting stocktakesHandling cash with 100% accuracyMaintaining impeccable food safety standards.Assisting with recruitment to build an world class team.Hosting and attending shift manager meetings.Conducting store audits and assessing performance of staff.The role will typically be five days per week with two consecutive days off.
