Job Description
About the role:
We are currently looking for a Dayshift Opening Room Supervisor at our Blenheim plant.
You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the efficient operations of the Mussel Opening room, while delivering high quality product in line with the daily production schedule.
With the right experience your payrate will be $28.40.
You will be working from 6am - 2pm, Monday - Friday and weekends as required.
As an Opening Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Leading the day-to-day operations across both people and process in the Shellfish department.
Ensure work is completed on schedule and to an acceptable standard.
Support manufacturing processes and promote continuous improvement of plant performance.
Accurately maintain all documentation and records, both written and electronically.
Lead by example, a role model for people leadership as well as our company values.

Qualifications
For this role, you'll need:

Proven experience in relevant food processing operations.
Seafood Level 4 processing (or similar).
Proven management/leadership experience.
