The Service Owner (SO) is the owner/operator running a 'business' that is responsible for delivering a service on a day-to-day and sprint-to-sprint basis. They work closely with internal customers to understand their needs, and defines the service vision, roadmap, and backlog, utilising prioritisation framework(s) for effective trade-off decisions.The SO is responsible for defining stories and prioritising the team backlog to streamline the execution of QBR planning requirements while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the service features or components for the team.As the Service owner of Platform adoption you will be responsible for squads that help onboard customers to the platform and do things like data migration and custom API development to help that happen.
