The Advisor role coordinates service or repair appointments for customers, from the welcome to the collection of the vehicle, including completing the invoice for work carried out.
Successful Service Advisors provide an exceptional customer experience in line with the Toyota New Zealand Customer First programme.
The role requires commitment and enthusiasm and the successful candidate must have a can do attitude.
You will also have excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality and customer service experience.
Strong administration and computer skills with excellent attention to detail are also a key part of the role.
