You enjoy face-to-face interactions with customers at the most important time, servicing your vehicle! Your role will involve coordinating and scheduling service appointments, liaising with customers to understand their vehicle needs, and effectively communicating with our technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage service appointments, optimising workshop efficiency
Welcoming customers and effectively communicating vehicle needs
Accurately document vehicle issues, providing detailed information to the technicians for diagnostics and repairs
Provide accurate cost estimates and clearly explain service options to customers, obtaining approval before proceeding with any work
Coordinate loan vehicles
Process service orders, invoicing
Requirements:
Min 3 years experience in the same or similar in the automotive industry
Dealership experience and automotive knowledge
Professional interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritise
A customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
A Full NZ Drivers License, or international equivalent required
