You will leverage your expertise in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and traditional on-premises technologies, along with your knowledge of networking and architecture, to create impactful roadmaps and solutions.Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their business needs and pain points.Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to develop and implement innovative solutions.Roadmaps: Create and present roadmaps that align our products and services with customer business needs.Bespoke Solutions: Design tailored solutions that address the specific requirements of our customers.Service Creation: Collaborate with our partners to develop service offerings that meet customer needs.Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations that communicate the value of our products and services.Business Understanding: Analyse and understand the business and technical requirements of our customers to design effective solutions.Knowledge Sharing: Share your expertise and experience with the team to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.What We're Looking For:Technical Pre-Sales Experience: Proven experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.Microsoft Expertise: Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and Modern Work solutions.
