You'll already have expertise in literally setting up and managing the expectation of new customers to include clients that have previously not had much of a modern IT backbone. Your clear communication skills and ability to show empathy will allow you to rapidly become a 'Trusted Advisor' between your employer and their clients. Your ability to often work autonomously will also see you as a 'go-to' when the need arises against a diversity of support needs.Essential Skills & Requirements:Must be happy with fully office based workMust have a non-restricted Work Visa, Residency or Citizenship while already being located in NZ and be a nationalised 'Five Eyes' country of birth.ESSENTIAL 'HARD' SKILLSMSP – you essentially will have worked already within a Managed Services environment whereby you have set up client's IT systems from scratch and have provided ongoing management and support of their systems.Systems Engineering Support – 5yrs minimum commercial experience (Level 2 roles) or 7yrs minimum (Level 2/3 roles) which must include full Windows on-prem Server.Cloud (existing commercial experience being essential) – MS Azure, Azure AD and Microsoft 365.On-Prem (existing commercial experience being essential) – Windows Server to 2012 upward and Desktop to Windows 10 along with extensive Active Directory.Networking – experience of supporting VLAN's and TCP/IP Protocols along with basic configuration of Routers and Switches.Other (ideal) – Windows Security / SAN'sOther:Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsA1 English communication and written skillsWhat's in it for you?Above market base salaryKiwiSaverPhone & LaptopConstant upskilling and TrainingFree ParkingTravel fully expensed.These are very much urgent roles.
