Senior Supervisor, Slaughter And By-Products Operations

Due to an internal promotion we currently have an exciting opportunity at our Feilding Plant for a Senior Supervisor managing our Slaughter and By-Product operations.
Reporting to the Production Manager, this key role is responsible for leading the Slaughter and By-Product teams across all shifts to achieve acceptable processing outcomes, meet health and safety obligations, achieve consistent quality standards and instill a culture to meet these responsibilities.
This position is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a step into a production management career within the meat industry.
It would be beneficial if the applicant had some knowledge of Slaughter operations and / or supervision, but it is not mandatory. It is not our intention to employ a caretaker of our slaughter and By-Product operations but a person who is inspired to make a difference.
