This company pride themselves on being a 100% NZ owned and operated firm, with a focus on making positive contributions to the communities they work in.The RoleThey are currently seeking an experienced Structural Engineering Team Lead, to lead a small team of Structural Engineers, as well as being the point of contact for the Southern region. The role will be technically focused, with managerial responsibilities making up a smaller percentage of the role.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of structural engineers, establishing clear objectives and offering mentorship and direction.Take responsibility for projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.Engage in close collaboration with architects, contractors, and clients to devise innovative and economical structural solutions.Execute structural analysis and design across various projects, encompassing commercial developments, upscale residences, and retaining structures.Conduct on-site inspections and evaluations as required.Manage client relationships and develop new business.In ReturnIn return you will receive a generous remuneration package, a varied and challenging workload, as well as great opportunities for continued growth and development.
