Due to this growth, they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to spearhead and develop their engineering division. Your new role Lead and manage the structural engineering division, taking full ownership of all projects. Oversee residential projects with a transition to commercial projects next year. Collaborate with our Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities. Ensure all design projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. What you'll need to succeed Chartered Engineer status is essential. Proven experience in structural engineering in NZ, with a strong portfolio of residential projects. Excellent leadership and project management skills. The ability to work independently and take initiative. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
