Our client is seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to step into a key role within their thriving property team. This opportunity has arisen due to the departure of a valued team member who is moving on to a larger firm after seven successful years.The ideal candidate will bring a strong passion for property law and solid expertise in subdivisions, residential property, and development work. While the primary focus is on residential property, you'll also enjoy working with a diverse client base, ranging from a significant flagship client to numerous smaller commercial clients.The Role:Manage your own client files, delivering high-quality, tailored advice.Mentor and support a junior team, including lawyers with 1-4 years of experience and a legal executive.Handle areas of complexity in property law, ensuring collaborative and effective solutions.Work directly with clients in a role that emphasizes client relationships and trust.Team and Leadership: This position is part of a close-knit and collaborative team led by a partner who is highly networked and passionate about residential property. While the partner focuses on business development and client acquisition, all files are managed within the team, providing you with a high degree of autonomy.The partner fosters a supportive and approachable culture, emphasizing education and professional growth. The team's camaraderie is exceptional, with strong relationships that extend beyond the workplace.
