This includes significant trust cases, professional indemnity claims, human rights matters, charitable trust issues, construction disputes and insolvency matters. Our clients include New Zealand's biggest insurers, significant commercial enterprises and large trusts.The ideal candidate will have a desire to undertake challenging work to the highest standard, be commercial and pragmatic, as well as committed to delivering excellent client service.
