About The Role: As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a critical leadership role within the Digital Transformation Group. You will be responsible for providing technical leadership and excellence, leading part of our technical operations across our ServiceNow platform. This role is pivotal in driving high quality development, fostering innovation and ensuring robust, secure and scalable solutions are delivered to meet our business needs.
Provide hands-on technical leadership by designing and implementing repeatable development patterns and platform best practices, mentoring developers, and driving sustainable development practices.Collaborate with architects to ensure seamless integration and alignment between design and delivery.Analyse and solve complex technical challenges, delivering robust solutions in a timely manner.Stay current with emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Actively design, develop, and implement scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform as a hands-on technical lead, collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality, sustainable outcomes.Skills and Experience Required: Proven expertise in software development, platform architecture, and mentoring technical teams.Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills in an Agile/DevOps environment.Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, System Administrator).At least 5 years' experience in ServiceNow platform.Why Tuatahi is the Place for You: At Tuatahi, we're more than just pioneers in cutting-edge technology—we're committed to taking care of our people.
