Key tasks

The Leisure Sales Team is looking for someone to take responsibility for account management of Leisure Sales activities predominantly with the New Zealand / Australia based Wholesale operators, and Fiji based Inbound operators in order to achieve Hotel Business Plan Objectives and budgeted profitability for AccorHotels New Zealand, Fiji & French Polynesia.

- Ensure penetration of existing accounts to establish greater awareness of hotel and group products / series to maximize sales opportunities.
- Identify and convert sales leads into new business opportunities.
- Organise and conduct famils/educationals with client base to create and enhance awareness of our product/services. This includes training of product and reservations teams.
- Work alongside General Managers and Director of Sales - Leisure – New Zealand, Fiji and French Polynesia with regard to pricing for the Wholesale markets for New - Zealand/Australia and inbound into Fiji and French Polynesia.
- Identify new business opportunities from specified market segments to generate business for the hotels, ensure opportunities are actioned through the Hotel General Managers and the Regional Sales Team.
