Senior Risk Business Partner

- 38186 As a Senior Risk Business Partner, you will relish the opportunity to build, and deliver strong process and direction. Within a newly created function in the business, this role will not only put your skills to the test, but offer you a chance to build credibility, change the culture and really add value to business decisions.
Your Purpose:Your main objective is to guide and coach decisions and opportunities, globally. You will provide strong, robust insights that will alleviate barriers, enabling the business to ensure decisions are fit for the future. Not only that, your ability to partner with leaders, internal teams and our people to build capability, and offer training and influence will ensure you build capability from the ground up. Your skill to build credible and influential relationships across the business will be key.
A few key areas of ownership will include:Provide support for robust tactical and operational decisions across the business
Create a culture of change – enabling our systems, people and capability
Lead project engagement around risk as well as implement long term frameworks to assist decision making
What you will bring:Your strong communication skills and ability to provide strong, clear advice, while building lasting relationships across the business will be critical. Your ability to collaborate and manage ambiguity with ease will steer you in the right direction as will your ability to manage multiple change deliverables.
You will have a passion for delivering results, engaging across the business and an ability to bring risk and mitigation to life.
Key attributes will be:Experience in risk management and analysis
Ability to work both autonomously and in a team
Strong problem solving and project management ability
Experience in MS office Suite and SAP is ideal
