If you're motivated and prepared to take on a hands-on role with the potential to manage projects and lead a team, we'd love to see your C.V.What you'll be doingManage electrical projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks.Lead and mentor junior electricians, providing training and guidance.Communicate with other trades onsite.Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, providing effective solutions.Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.Maintain detailed records and documentation of all electrical work.What we're looking forFully qualified and registered electrician with current practicing license and a minimum of 5 years' experience.Proven track record of successfully leading and managing electrical projects.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Must be able to confidently follow construction plans.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.A clean full driver's licence is essential and must be able to drive a manual van.Supervise trainee staff and ensure they are performing their work to a high standard.Willingness to travel within the North Island for work. We have several ongoing projects on Waiheke and the outer Auckland boundaries.
